Exceptional family ski experience
From the moment we arrived, the welcoming staff and spacious apartment made our stay incredibly comfortable. The ski-in/ski-out access was seamless, perfect for family skiing adventures.
Despite the great amenities, the lack of an oven in the kitchen made meal preparation a bit complicated. the on-site supermarket had limited stock, requiring trips into town for fresh groceries.

The absence of an oven in kitchens is really disappointing!!! The ski storage room feels painfully cramped, making it challenging to maneuver during busy hours!!! Cold temperatures in the pool and hot tub left much to be desired!!!

Spacious apartment with magical views from the balcony. The ski-in/out access was ideal for the kids, and the indoor swimming pool provided a great spot for family fun after skiing. Staff were friendly and attentive.
The spa area could benefit from improved lighting to enhance its relaxing atmosphere.

Ski Convenience with Room for Improvement
Ideal for family skiing, with close proximity to lessons but lacking in comfort. The cramped ski storage was a challenge during peak times. Enjoyed the convenience of the supermarket, but fresh towels should be automatically provided. Mid-week room care needs attention for future stays.

Accommodation was spacious and very clean. The two-bedroom apartment comfortably fit our family of five. Kitchen lacked an oven, which made meal preparation a bit tricky. Beds were comfortable, but bedding could be improved for a cozier night. The ski-in/ski-out access couldn’t have been more convenient, especially with kids just starting to ski. Beautiful views from the balcony made our mornings special. While the on-site supermarket was handy, it stocked limited items, and a trip to Flaine Forum was necessary for fresh groceries. Spa facilities were a great bonus, though the pool and hot tub were too cold for my liking. our children loved the onsite creche, which provided personalized activities and care. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, and the staff were consistently helpful throughout our stay. having the restaurant closed except for one event was disappointing and affected our dining experience. the infrequent shuttle service made outings to the main attractions a challenge.

Ski in, ski out fun!
Super easy ski in and out! Loved having a little kitchen to whip up breakfast. The views from our balcony were stunning, totally made our mornings. The only bummer was that the hot tub was kinda chilly. There’s a nice outdoor dining area that we enjoyed on sunny days.
